Braised Tofu with Chili

Prepare the ingredients. Choose red and cyan for the chili, the color is bright.

Cut the tofu into evenly-sized pieces.

Take a bowl, prepare the sauce, and add an appropriate amount of water. Slice garlic and cut pepper into small pieces. Because the pepper is used, balsamic vinegar and sugar are added, which is a little bit sour, spicy, and sweet, but not too heavy, so children can also eat it, especially for meals.

Add oil to the pan and fry the tofu on both sides. It is fragrant when it is fried, or it can be simmered in a pot of boiling water and then simmered. The simmering water can remove the beany flavor, and the same is true for fried.
