Braised Tofu with Crab Roe Sauce

Cut the tofu into large slices and change the knife into a triangle.

Put a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the tofu until both sides are browned.
3.
Pull the fried tofu aside and add tobiko sauce.
4.
Stir fry with tofu to create a fragrance.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of water and boil until it tastes good.
6.
Hook in a little water starch.
7.
Add chopped green onion and serve.
Tips:
1. Crab roe sauce has salt, so tofu does not need to be salted.
2. Tofu does not absorb oil, so don't put too much oil when frying.
