Braised Tofu with Lard Residue

Prepare the materials

Cut the northern tofu into small pieces and put it in a non-stick pot

Cut red pepper into small pieces

Fry until the shape is slightly yellow on one side

Turn over and add garlic slices and fry together to create a fragrance

Add lard residue to push the pot (or flip gently with a wooden spatula to avoid breaking the tofu),

Add soy sauce, sugar, rice wine, pepper, and water that has just been submerged in tofu

Bring to a boil and continue to collect the juice. At about the same time, sprinkle in red pepper, and finally pour some balsamic vinegar.
Tips:
Little reminder:
Do not use soft tofu, it is easy to break, during the frying process, please set it over a low heat and turn it over and add balsamic vinegar to increase the fragrance and relieve greasiness.
