Braised Tofu with Leek Pork Belly

Ingredients: old tofu, pork belly (sliced), leeks (cleaned and cut)

Put the old tofu on the chopping board and cut open, set aside.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the cut pork belly, and add some cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, stir in the cut old tofu.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Then, add 1.5 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
9.
Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

Season to boil and cook until the soup thickens.

Finally, stir-fry the chopped leeks, and serve.
