Braised Tofu with Pickled Vegetables

Main ingredients: northern tofu, potherb mustard, green onion, dried chili

Rinse the snow red, chop coarsely and mince the shallots

Cut the northern tofu into pieces and soak in hot water for a while.

Put the lard in a pot, add dried chilies and chopped green onions until fragrant

After sauteing chopped green onions, add the sliced snow and stir-fry
6.
Stir-fry the aroma and put it in the soaked tofu
7.
Add water or soup to level with ingredients

Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for ten minutes.

Stew to taste, add appropriate amount of chicken powder or monosodium glutamate to turn off the heat
Tips:
Soak the potherb mustard for two hours first, changing the water twice to remove some of the salt.
