Braised Tofu with Shrimp Paste

Cut tofu, blanch and drain.

Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic, mince the chili, and set aside the dried chili.

Set aside the shrimp paste.

Heat the pot into the oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, and dried chili until fragrant.

Add the shrimp paste and stir up the red oil.
