Braised Tofu with Shrimp Skin and Fish Balls

1. Rinse the shrimp skins with clean water, drain and set aside.

2. Cut the fish balls in half.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and sauté the shrimp skins until fragrant.

5. Add the fish balls and stir fry.

6. Pour in tofu and continue to stir fry.

7. Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, and chicken powder.

8. Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of water.

9. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium and low heat.
