Sweet and Sour Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces about one centimeter thick, and fry them slowly on low heat until golden on both sides and serve.

Cut the tomato into small pieces and set aside.

Mix bowl of juice: aged vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, add the tomatoes and stir fry.

Pour in the fried tofu cubes.

Then pour the juice into the bowl.

Finally, pour half a bowl of water and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Tips:
The sweetness and sourness can be adjusted according to taste. I personally like it sour and appetizing.
