Braised Hakka Tofu with Garlic Sprouts

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into 5 cm long sections

Slice the lean meat and marinate it with cornstarch and light soy sauce.

Hakka tofu (old tofu) cut into one-centimeter thick pieces

Pour a little oil in the pot and sauté the garlic sprouts

Then fry the meat slices and carrot slices until fragrant.

Add tofu, salt, stir fry for a while

Sprinkle in pepper

Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 8-10 minutes on medium heat

Simmer until the moisture is almost dried out immediately.
Tips:
Tofu will produce water, so don't add too much water to braise. Hakka tofu is similar to old tofu.
