Braised Hakka Tofu with Garlic Sprouts

1. Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into 5 cm long sections

2. Slice the lean meat and marinate it with cornstarch and light soy sauce.

3. Hakka tofu (old tofu) cut into one-centimeter thick pieces

4. Pour a little oil in the pot and sauté the garlic sprouts

5. Then fry the meat slices and carrot slices until fragrant.

6. Add tofu, salt, stir fry for a while

7. Sprinkle in pepper

8. Finally, pour in an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 8-10 minutes on medium heat

9. Simmer until the moisture is almost dried out immediately.

Tips:

Tofu will produce water, so don't add too much water to braise. Hakka tofu is similar to old tofu.
