Fried Hakka Tofu with Celery and Pork Slices

Garlic, cut and sliced

Use kitchen paper to soak up the water in Hakka tofu, then cut into four squares one centimeter thick

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, spread the tofu and fry it until fragrant.

Fry until golden on both sides, serve and set aside

Wash the celery and cut into 5 cm long strips

Lean meat slices, marinate with a little light soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes

Pour some oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices
