Braised Hakka Tofu with Tomato and King Pleurotus

1. Garlic, cut and sliced

2. Hakka tofu cut into one-centimeter-thick pieces

3. Tomato cut into thick slices

4. Pleurotus eryngii sliced

5. Lean meat with a little light soy sauce, cornstarch, marinate for 15 minutes

6. Pour a little oil into the pot and sauté the garlic slices

7. Pour in the meat slices and fry until broken

8. Pour in tofu and eryngii mushrooms and stir fry

9. With salt

10. Sprinkle in black pepper
