Braised Vegetables with Oily Gluten Stuffed Meat

Prepare ingredients

Add cooking wine, salt and pepper to the minced meat and stir evenly, poke a hole in the oily gluten with chopsticks

Tips:
The oily gluten blanching water can remove the gluten oil and taste less greasy.
