Braised Vegetables with Oily Gluten Stuffed Meat

1. Prepare ingredients

2. Add cooking wine, salt and pepper to the minced meat and stir evenly, poke a hole in the oily gluten with chopsticks

4. Boil water in a pot, add the stuffed oil and gluten to blanch for 2 minutes, remove

6. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and water

7. Oily gluten with blanched water

8. Add black fungus, cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

9. Add carrots and stir well

11. Add water and starch to thicken, out of the pot

Tips:

The oily gluten blanching water can remove the gluten oil and taste less greasy.
