Braised Vegetarian Pork Ribs
1.
Cut the lotus root into strips like ribs and cook them with a little water, because gluten is easy to cook.
2.
Then pass the lotus root through the oily gluten to make ribs. The gluten is also easier to break. Be careful. If you are not sure, you can also use boiling water to soften it before wearing it.
3.
Use one red and one green chili as a side dish.
4.
After the oil pan is hot (not too much oil, slightly less than usual), add a little bit of water to boil after adding the chili peppers. What I use is to boil the lotus root first (not a lot, probably just a small bowl) , And then put the gluten one by one in the water and roll quickly, so that the burnt gluten is soft and smooth.
5.
After all the gluten "spare ribs" are boiled in the pot, add salt, dark soy sauce, and a little sugar, and then turn off the heat when the soup is basically dried.
