Braised Wing Tip Chicken Neck

Wash the chicken wings and neck with boiling water

Drain the water and heat the oil on a high heat. Add two spoons of sugar. The sugar has turned dark. Pour in the chicken wings and chicken necks. Add water to the chicken wings and let it simmer for a while to collect the soup for seasoning
