Braised Winter Melon
1.
Heat in a pan with cold oil (a little more than usual cooking is better) and fry over medium heat.
2.
Fry for about five minutes, each piece of winter melon is a circle smaller than before, and the water is forced out to serve.
3.
Shred garlic, cut peppers, cut green onions into small pieces, and cut winter melon into large pieces (forgot to shoot winter melon and green onions)
4.
Leave an appropriate amount of base oil in the pot, and stir-fry some chili and garlic with a spoonful of red bean paste.
5.
Add the fried winter melon and scallions, pour in two teaspoons of light soy sauce, stir fry, add a teaspoon of salt and stir well.
Tips:
When frying winter melon, it's best to cook the whole process on a low heat, otherwise it will be easy to batter.
