Braised Winter Melon

Ingredients: winter melon, chives, etc. Peel the winter melon, cut into small pieces, and cut the chopped green onion for later use.

Heat the oil in the oil pan, add the winter melon, and stir fry until evenly colored.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and white sugar, and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of water, equal to the winter melon, and bring to a boil.

Cook over medium-low heat until cooked and soft, collect the juice, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
1. Winter melons are generally large, so you only need to buy one slice for eating at home.
2. You can touch the sliced winter melon slices lightly with your fingers to choose the slightly harder one. If it feels soft, it may be a little longer.
