Braised Winter Melon.
1.
Peel and wash the winter melon, then cut into large slices.

Cut the pork belly into strips.
3.
Chop the green onion and shred the ginger.
4.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger.
5.
Pour in the pork strips and stir-fry until the color changes, then pour in the light soy sauce.
6.
Pour in the winter melon slices and stir fry evenly.
7.
Just add salt to taste before serving.
