Braised Winter Melon with Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings and blanch them in water, fry them in a pan until golden on both sides, add minced ginger and garlic until fragrant

Add winter melon and fry until the surface changes color, add appropriate amount of water and dark soy sauce, mix well and boil, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes

Open the lid and stir-fry, add the green and red chili cubes, salt and pepper, and stir-fry until it tastes.

Pour in the light soy sauce at the end, stir-fry and serve. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
Tips:
The chicken wings are cooked for 7.8 points after blanching, so don't worry about being unripe, not only very cooked, but also very tasty.
