Braised Yellow Croaker
1.
Scrape the scales of yellow croaker and filter the water. You can use absorbent paper to dry the water and apply a thin layer of flour all over the body.
2.
Prepare seasoning juice: 20 grams of rice wine, 30 grams of white sugar, 25 grams of vinegar, 5 grams of soy sauce, 10 grams of light soy sauce, and 3 grams of salt. Stir well.
3.
Prepare the ingredients: sliced ginger, cut off chili, and 5 garlic seeds.
4.
Spread ginger slices in the pan to prevent the fish skin from sticking.
5.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil in the pot.
6.
Put the floured fish into the pan and fry it. The pan can be shaken appropriately so that the oil is covered with the whole fish. (I put less oil)
7.
Fry until the fish is golden on both sides.
8.
Prepare 300 grams of water.
9.
Put the fish out or set aside, leave the bottom oil and sauté the ingredients: ginger, garlic, and chili. Stir fry for a fragrance.
10.
Pour the seasoning juice, and then add 2 grams of white pepper.
11.
Then pour in 300 grams of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, then turn to high heat to thicken. (You need a little soup to taste delicious)
12.
Platter.
13.
Just sprinkle onion.
