Braised Yellow Croaker

Yellow croaker clean up

Slash 3 knives on each side

Add oil to the pan and heat it, add the yellow croaker and fry it on both sides to make it golden, and serve it out for use

Add green onion, sliced ginger, garlic diced, dried chili, pepper, aniseed and saute

Add yellow croaker, pour in cooking wine, vinegar, add boiling water, braised soy sauce, sugar, salt, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat

Put the yellow croaker on the plate when there is a little soup left

Pour the soup into the water and heat the starch until it is thick

Pour it on yellow croaker and put coriander on it

The oil temperature for frying fish should be higher
