Garlic Yellow Croaker

Clean the yellow croaker, and remove the soft skin on the head, which is the most fishy place

Rub the processed yellow croaker with ginger slices, then marinate it with rice wine and a small amount of salt for 10 minutes

Two ends of garlic, crush them in a plastic bag and peel the garlic cloves

Tips:
When handling the fish, you don’t need to cut the belly of the fish completely. Make a small mouth and pull out the contents of the fish’s belly from the head of the fish.
