Braised Large Yellow Croaker

Scrape off the scales, guts and gills of yellow croaker, and cut in the middle

Pour the oil after the pan is heated, and fry the fish

Turn over

Fry it and serve it out, then fry the fish tail

Put vinegar, soy sauce, garlic in a bowl

Put the fried fish into the pot, pour the sauce from step 5 and simmer for a while, add boiling water, green onion, ginger, sugar and white wine

Simmer on low heat, add salt after the soup is reduced
