Braised Yellow Pomfret

After the fish is cleaned, cut a few diagonally on both sides to make it easier to taste. Dip some flour and fry it in a pan.

Soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, put them in a pot and simmer for five minutes. My taste is relatively light, so I don’t add salt anymore.
