Braised Yuba in Oil

Soak the yuba in warm water for more than 4 hours, and the fungus will soak.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the yuba, then add fungus and stir-fry.

Pour a small bowl of boiling water, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce in it to make a small bowl of sauce.
