Speaking of Yuzi tofu! Immediately think of the braised Japanese tofu on the third floor of Tsinghua Taoli Garden! When I was in school, I would almost always order this dish as long as I went to the third floor of Taoli! My favorite is the "little clothes" on the outside of the tofu. The taste after being fried is really amazing! Actually, it won’t be troublesome to operate at home~

Ingredients

Braised Yuzi Tofu

1. Cut the jade tofu into 1 cm thick slices, smash the eggs and stir well

2. Add jade tofu into the egg mixture, then coat with cornstarch (this process is recommended to be done by hand)

3. Put it in a frying pan over medium heat and fry for 40 seconds to one minute.

4. Add a little cornstarch to the remaining egg mixture, add water, soy sauce, sugar, salt
