Braised Yuzi Tofu

Cut the jade tofu into 1 cm thick slices, smash the eggs and stir well

Add jade tofu into the egg mixture, then coat with cornstarch (this process is recommended to be done by hand)

Put it in a frying pan over medium heat and fry for 40 seconds to one minute.

Add a little cornstarch to the remaining egg mixture, add water, soy sauce, sugar, salt
5.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan, add the fried jade tofu, shake the pan to make it even
6.
Add the adjusted juice to collect the juice
