Brasenia Chicken Soup

Wash and set aside the brasenia.

Cut chicken breast into thin strips, mix in appropriate amount of starch, cooking wine, salt, and white pepper to taste.

Cut green onion into sections and shred ginger.

Shallots, chopped green onions, and put them in the soup container.

Put water in the pot, add green onion and ginger, and bring to a boil.

Add the chicken shreds and cut it apart, quickly remove it after the color changes, and put it in a container for the soup.

Skim the scum from the soup in the pot, add the brasenia serrata and boil for about 2 minutes, then skim the scum again.
8.
Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, and pour the soup into the container.
