Bread Machine to Make Red Bean Paste

Wash the red beans and soak for 12 hours.

Put the soaked red beans in a rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water is slightly higher than the red beans.

Boil the red beans in a bean pattern.

Tips:
1. Soaking red beans overnight is easier to boil. Put the soaked red beans in the refrigerator when the room temperature is high to prevent the red beans from sprouting.
2. There is no certain amount of water for boiling red beans. After all, the soaking time of red beans is different, and the size of the pot is also different. It doesn't matter if the red beans are boiled with more water. Adding some brown sugar to drink can nourish blood.
3. Do not add too much red bean water for making red bean paste, just start the cooking machine. The more water, the longer it will take for the bread maker to make red bean paste.
4. Add sugar too early, the red bean paste will be a bit bitter. It is better to add sugar in the second jam program or when the red bean paste is almost ready.
5. The temperature of the mixing barrel of the bread machine is very high, so be careful not to get burned.
