Tips:
1. The braid can't be braided too tightly, it is easy to burst in the second hair.
2. Because of the braided braid, the time required for the second hair is slower than that of the ordinary one-button bread. In order to speed up the fermentation of bread, this formula also puts a larger amount of high-sugar-tolerant yeast. If you don't do this, you can reduce the yeast to 4 grams.
3. Knead the dough well when adding cocoa powder and matcha powder. The crispy noodles can also be replaced with mashed coconut, which is also very fragrant.
