Bread Machine Version---making of Lotus Paste Filling

Prepare lotus rice.

Wash it off with clean water.

Soak the lotus rice in cold water for 24 hours (the longer it is, the easier it is to boil).

Peel the soaked lotus rice and take out the green lotus core in the middle.

Put the lotus rice into the pot, add the same amount of water as the lotus rice, and cook with an electric pressure cooker until the lotus rice is soft and rotten.

After the lotus rice has cooled, put it in a blender, add a little water and sugar, and beat it into a puree.

Pour the lotus rice paste into the bread machine.

Use the bread machine's jam function to fry the dried lotus paste (you can also use the bread machine's meat floss function). In this process, add vegetable oil three times, each time you have to wait for the oil to be completely absorbed before adding new oil.

The water in the lotus seed paste is completely evaporated.

The lotus seed paste can be turned into a group.
