Bread Machine Version Salted Shrimp
1.
Prepare the ingredients and use fresh shrimps, which tastes good.
2.
Treat the shrimp first, and cut off the shrimp silk.
3.
Count down the third joint from the shrimp neck, insert it from here with a toothpick, lift the shrimp intestines and discard them, and the shrimp will be cleaned.
4.
Marinate the shrimp with cooking wine for 10 minutes. At this time, the salt can be preheated.
5.
Put the coarse salt and spices into the bucket of the bread machine. Be sure to use very coarse salt, otherwise the shrimp will become salty too easily. Set the 20 stir-fry button in the main menu of the bread machine to start the setting.
6.
Put on the cover of the bread machine, and the stir-frying time is 20 minutes (I used the PE8890 bread machine, please refer to other brands)
7.
Use kitchen paper to soak up the water first. Shrimp must be completely dry, otherwise it will be salty. After 20 minutes, press the pause button of the bread machine, put the shrimp into the bread machine bucket, start the bread machine, and continue the stir-fry mode. If you are worried about the salt splashing out too much, you can cover it with a layer of tin foil on the toaster bucket, which can also play a role in heat preservation.
8.
After the whole stir-frying mode is completed, the shrimp is ready. If you eat it as a snack, you can just take it out and clean the salt and eat it. If you like more fragrant porridge, you can simmer for a few more minutes.
9.
This fragrant and gluttonous snack is ready~ Isn’t it particularly simple?
