Bread Machine Vintage Yogurt

Prepare 4 bags of milk (1000g) 48g sugar and 1g bacteria

Use slightly hot water to warm the milk. The milk temperature is not hot at about 35-40 degrees for better fermentation.

Use the time to warm the milk to plug the bread machine into the power source. Pour some warm water at the bottom of the bread bucket to heat the yogurt bucket evenly during fermentation.

After the milk is warm, pour it into a yogurt bucket, pour a bag of milk into the sugar and stir at the same time

After mixing the white sugar, pour the second bag of milk and pour in the bacteria. Stir quickly and evenly, then pour the remaining two bags of milk

After stirring completely, use a spoon to rinse out the foam on the surface and throw it away (the spoon should not be oily)

Cover and put in the bread bucket

Start the yogurt function for 8 hours

Put the yogurt bucket in the refrigerator after 8 hours
