Bread Maker Version Yogurt

Prepare milk, yogurt and bread maker.

First of all, we must ensure that the bread machine barrel is clean without water and oil. Then pour a small amount of milk into the bread bucket, add 1 packet (1g) of yogurt bacteria and mix well.

Pour all the remaining milk into the bucket and stir evenly.

Close the lid and start the yogurt program.

After 8 hours, the completely solidified yogurt is obtained, which is transferred to the refrigerator for several hours.

Dig a spoon to check the finished product, it is indeed smooth and delicate old yogurt.
