Mix and knead the dough together except butter and decoration, knead until it can pull out a thick film, add softened butter, continue to knead until you can pull out a thinner, non-breaking glove film, and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size

Remove the dough and ventilate. First, separate 6 pieces of 60 g dough, knead them well, then knead the remaining dough into a ball, cover it with plastic wrap and let it wake up for 20 minutes.

Prepare 6 red bean paste balls, 40 grams each

The dough is flattened, just like a bun. Pack a bean paste ball in with the mouth of the bun below.
