Bread Pudding

Stir the eggs, milk and sugar together and set aside
2.
Add dried cranberries to the milk and egg mixture
3.
Toast bread diced and set aside
4.
Add the diced toast to the milk and egg mixture so that each diced toast is soaked
5.
Preheat the oven, 170° up and down, roast the middle layer for half an hour
