Bread Pudding
1.
Toast ready
2.
Cut the toast into small pieces, put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes, and the surface is golden brown, so it won’t be burnt.
3.
Put whipped cream in the milk pan
4.
Put sugar in
5.
Put it on the gas stove, don’t need to boil, just melt the mash
6.
After turning off the heat, add the butter and mix well
7.
After letting it cool, add two egg yolks (if you don’t let it cool, be careful to blanch the eggs into egg blossoms) and continue to stir evenly
8.
Put in cold water and stir evenly
9.
Sift the pudding liquid, the filtered liquid will be more delicate, and set aside
10.
Prepare a baking bowl and add raisins
11.
Take out the pudding liquid, put the baked toast cubes into the pudding liquid, dip a thin layer of pudding liquid, and dip one side.
12.
Put the toast cubes soaked in pudding liquid into a baking bowl that has been spread with raisins
13.
Pour in the remaining pudding liquid
14.
Pour all in, let stand for 5 minutes, let the toast cube slowly absorb the pudding liquid
15.
Sprinkle with raisins, put it in a preheated oven and heat up and down to 170 degrees, middle layer, and leave for about 30 minutes
Tips:
You can change the dried fruit to any kind you like. You can soak the dried fruit in rum in advance for one night to have a different flavor.
