Rose sauce is a prize for participating in the event. I have used it to make chiffon, and it tastes good. I used it to make bread today, and the bread has a strong fragrance. Sweet potatoes are steamed and then pressed into puree.

Breadmaker Version Rosette Sauce Sweet Potato Toast

1. First, the steamed sweet potatoes are pressed into puree.

2. Put all the ingredients except the rosette paste into the bread machine. Open the smart APP and start the standard bread program to knead the dough.

3. Check the state of the dough after kneading.

4. Put the kneaded dough into the bread machine. Use the bread machine fermentation menu for one fermentation. The time is set to 30 minutes.

5. After 30 minutes, the dough will rise to about twice its original size.

6. Take out the prepared rosette sauce. If it is very viscous in the refrigerator, you can use a microwave to heat it to soften it.

7. Take out the fermented dough, ventilate and roll it out. After turning it over, apply rosette sauce on the surface and roll it up from top to bottom. Tighten the mouth and cut into two pieces from the middle with a knife, remembering that one end is not cut off, and then twist the two cut pieces together and pinch the two ends tightly.

8. Put the shaped bread into the bread machine for secondary fermentation, select the fermentation menu, and set the time to 50 minutes.

9. The bread is fermented until the barrel is 8 minutes full, then bake, select the baking menu, and set the time to 30 minutes.

10. Bake is finished after 30 minutes.

11. Take it out immediately and let it cool on the drying net.

Tips:

The dry humidity of sweet potatoes is different, and the amount of milk is also different. Please add or subtract the amount of milk according to the actual situation.
