Breakfast for One Person--simple Version of Egg Fried Rice

Overnight rice, 1-2 eggs. There are no more vegetables at home, so I cut some green onion fungus and half a cucumber. You can mix it according to the ingredients and preferences at home.

Heat oil on low heat and pour in beaten eggs. When the eggs are completely solidified, quickly pour the rice in, beat well and stir fry.

Pour the chopped green onion, fungus and cucumber into the pot and stir fry together.
4.
Add salt, stir fry evenly, and it's out of the pot.
