140g plain flour, 2 eggs / 10g shallots. Accessories: oil/salt/water 200g
2.
Add salt to plain flour, then add 200 grams of water
3.
Stir the flour into a thick batter while pouring the water.
4.
Beat the eggs into the bowl and stir evenly with chopsticks.
5.
Finely chop the shallots, add to the egg mixture and stir well.
6.
Brush oil in the pan, pour a small amount of batter, and shake it gently.
*Don't scoop too much batter in the pot at once, it's thick and hard to cook, it's better to be thinner. I bake a total of 6 biscuits with these ingredients. Please refer to them.
7.
Fry on medium and low heat until the bottom is shaped, scoop an appropriate amount of egg liquid on the surface, and gently spread it evenly with a spoon to cover the entire surface of the batter.
8.
Then, with the help of a shovel, turn the dough over.
9.
Continue to burn until both sides are slightly yellow, and you can take it out after it's ripe.
10.
I can't wait to take a big bite as soon as it is served, it's so delicious! Sure enough, the omelet tastes right in the street snacks. You can also pair it with a bowl of porridge for a more comprehensive nutrition.
