The breakfast BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato) sandwich that I learned from my husband. N years ago, when my husband was studying abroad, he would do it while working in the kitchen of a family restaurant. It was a bit professional. Eat on the morning of the weekend and enjoy it very much.
