Brewed Rice Cake

Put water in the pot, add the rice cakes after the water is boiled, and cook for a while.

After the rice cakes are boiled, they are picked up and placed in cold water.

Prepare the wolfberry and raw meat, wash and drain to remove excess water. The raw meat I use is the raw meat from Dongguan Shijie. The raw meat from Shijie is very dry, not as wet as the raw meat from Fujian. I sometimes wash it and use it as a snack.

After the water is boiled, add the appropriate amount of fermented rice, wolfberry, yuan meat, and then add the rice cakes.

Cook for a while and add some sugar to taste.
Tips:
The first time to cook the rice cake is to cook it softly and also to make the finished product clearer. This step can be removed lazily, but if it is cooked, it must be placed in cold water, otherwise it will stick.
