Bright and Colorful in Midsummer---fresh Fruit Mousse

There are many ways to make yogurt. Personally, I am most used to making it with a bread machine. It is very convenient. The bread bucket is blanched with boiling water for 5 minutes. After the water is poured out, let it cool.

Pour a part of the milk first, pour in the bacteria powder, and stir well.

Then pour in the remaining milk, stir it again, and put it in the bread machine to make yogurt. The default time of my bread machine is 8 hours, and it is usually the most suitable for the evening.

Prepare your favorite fruits.

Peel the fruit.

Cut into chunks.

Save a part and cut into small pieces for later decoration.

If you want more beauty, you can use a mold to carve out some small flowers and stick them on the wall of the cup later.

The fruit is pureed with a blender, and some yogurt can be added during the mixing process. Finally, mix the evenly mixed fruit puree, and then add some honey according to your own taste.

Ingredients: Milk 1000ML Bifidobacterium yogurt powder 1 g Ingredients: Dragon fruit, mango, kiwi, banana, blueberry, cherry, flavoring: honey
1. I used homemade yogurt for the mousse that I made today. If it is troublesome, buying commercial yogurt is the same.
2. If you eat it by yourself, don't care whether it looks good or not, just pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix well. It's OK.
