Brine Platter

All ingredients: shelled eggs, pig tongue, chicken feet, chicken wings.

Marinated ingredients: star anise, cinnamon and ginger slices.

Put all the marinated ingredients in the pot, add 700ml of water, 80ml of light soy sauce, 50ml of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar and appropriate amount of salt, and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on the stove to produce a flavor.

Add all the main ingredients.

Cover tightly and bring to a boil, then turn it into a medium-fire marinade and cook all the ingredients thoroughly. About 20 minutes to 25 minutes or so.

Pick up the marinated finished product, cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
