Brine Pork Liver

Prepare the raw materials.

Soak the liver in cold water for about four hours, and add salt to the water.

Cut ginger into slices.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot, add cooking wine, bay leaves, star anise, cinnamon, pickled pepper, and Chinese pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add pork liver, soy sauce, and salt, and cook on high heat for a minute or two.

Skim the froth and cook for ten minutes on a medium-to-low heat.

Turn off the heat and simmer for an hour or two.

Cut into slices, use appropriate amount of homemade twisted red oil, garlic, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion to make a dipping sauce and pour into it.
Tips:
1. Buy fresh pork liver, soak it for a few hours and start making it;
2. Although the liver is good in nutrition, remember to eat it in moderation.
