Brine Pork Liver

1. Rinse in running water for 10 minutes and soak in slightly thicker salt water for 2~3 hours, remove the pierced hole, wash it for later use~ (ps pierced the hole is to soak it in blood water as soon as possible)

2. Put green onion, ginger, aniseed, sesame leaves, pepper, and cinnamon in the pot. After the water boils, put in the liver for 10 minutes, add the cooking wine, and keep it on low heat for 20-25 minutes. (Time depends on its size~)

3. Don't worry about taking it out after cooking. Take out the slices after the soup is at room temperature~
