British Milk Tea: London Fog

Heat the milk to about 60 degrees. It must not be boiled, it's almost the same when you see fish-eye bubbles~

When the water is boiled until there are bunches of bubbles, add the Earl Grey tea and boil it until it boils.

Strain the burnt Earl Grey tea, add the caramel, and then pour the milk.
4.
Oreo scrapes off the cream, grinds it into crumbles, pour it in, and serves as a cup.
