Broccoli Beef Noodle

Put the brine juice and water in the pot at a ratio of 1:3. Put the beef shank, rock sugar and ginger slices in Chuoshui together

Select the soup function of the rice cooker to start simmering, the default is 2 hours

Cool slightly and cut into small pieces

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and boil, I also added a little salt

Tips:
I made the noodle soup directly with beef broth. If you think it tastes salty, you can mix it with boiling water and adjust it yourself.
