Broccoli with Fungus

Main ingredients: fungus, broccoli, garlic.

Cut the garlic into cubes.

Boil water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, and a little salt.

Add the washed broccoli and blanch until broken.

Remove and set aside.

Boil the black fungus in a pot and bring to a boil.

Put the blanched black fungus on the plate.

Place the broccoli on top.

Heat oil and fry the garlic diced.

Tips:
1. Just blanch the broccoli after it is cut off, because the residual temperature will further ripen it.
2. You don't need black fungus.
