Brown Rice and Coix Seed Yam Porridge

Peel the yam and cut into slices for later use

Pour brown rice and coix seed into cold water and soak for 2 hours

Pour the soaked brown rice and coix seed into the pot, add cold water to boil

After boiling, cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour

Then pour the cut yam into the pot, cover and cook for 10 minutes
6.
Brown rice barley yam porridge is ready

Wear disposable gloves when cutting yam, so you don’t have to be afraid of itching.
