Brown Sugar and Black Rice Buns

Add the brown sugar water to the yeast to melt for two minutes

Flour, black rice noodles, salt, stir well

Mix flour, add brown sugar and yeast water, knead into a dough, put it in a warm place for proofing

After proofing the dough, dip your finger in the flour and poke it so that it doesn't collapse or shrink.

The finished dough is fully exhausted and kneaded into a strip. You can knead as much as you can to make steamed buns.

Cut it into small portions, or round it. The knife cuts faster 😁, wake up for 20 minutes, pot under cold water, it will be cooked in about 20 minutes after the water is boiled 😄😄😄.
