Brown Sugar Buns
1.
Pour the flour, brown sugar, and milk into the blender. Use 10ml of warm water to dissolve the yeast and pour them in together. Note: The amount of water is sufficient, no more water can be added!
2.
Turn on the mixer and mix slowly for about 10 minutes. It is better for the dough to be shiny. If you don't have a stirrer, you can knead the dough manually.
3.
Wrap the mouth of the pot with plastic wrap and wait for the dough to ferment for about 2 hours. The fermentation time varies with different temperatures. You can boil a little water in the pot, turn off the heat and place a shelf to place the dough bowl on it to speed up the fermentation.
4.
Knead the fermented and expanded dough manually and divide it into 4 portions.
5.
Roll the dough into a round or square shape, sprinkle with brown sugar, roll the dough wrapped in brown sugar into long strips, and cut into small pieces. The size of the dough depends on personal preference.
6.
Spread some peanut oil on the tray, put the cut dough into the fermentation again for about 30 minutes, and then turn on the steamer to steam for 12 minutes at 100 degrees. That's it!
Tips:
Pure milk can also be replaced with milk powder! If you find it too troublesome to make a roll, you can directly sprinkle some brown sugar into the fermented dough and knead it together, then rub it into a strip and then cut it into pieces. Don't knead the noodles manually for too long, and keep the brown sugar uneven, and you will feel pleasantly surprised when you eat!
